When Britney and Randy were dating, Britney mentioned that she would really love to have a quilt with a heart in it.

Randy remembered this when his mother, Isla, mentioned she wanted to make them a quilt as a wedding present.

Isla found the heart pattern, picked the material and pieced the quilt. Pearl Carpenter, Randy’s Nana, took on the job in quilting the quilt while recruiting family and friends to join in on the stitch work for extra memories.

The quilt was displayed behind the bride and groom at the reception and now hangs in their bedroom. Randy and Britney love it and are thankful for the people that made it happen.
